About Bridget

Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) &
Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (mBANT, CNHC)

Bridget graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class master’s degree in Physiological Sciences. She completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Middlesex, gaining a distinction in Personalised Nutrition.

She is a certified member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN), The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Bridget’s research in human physiology at Oxbridge provides a strong foundation when working in the field of nutrition. Her extensive knowledge enables her to support individuals navigating a range of health challenges including digestive symptoms, low energy, skin concerns and weight management.

She has a deep interest in the role of diet in gut health and fertility, which remain core topics of her ongoing research and continuing professional development.

Bridget has witnessed first-hand the transformation that personalised nutrition addressing the root cause can bring. Maintaining an evidence-based approach, Bridget ensures strategies are tailored to each client’s specific concerns and goals, taking account of lifestyle and circumstances. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health.

When not supporting clients on a 1-1 basis, Bridget hosts workplace nutrition talks to leading corporations, designed to foster a healthier and more productive workforce. She aims to empower employees with the skills, techniques and knowledge to improve energy, focus and mental wellbeing.

Using her knowledge and expertise gained from a 13-year career in the food industry, Bridget also works with food and supplement businesses and brands in the development of health-focused products, and the foodservice sector in bespoke menu development.
