How it works
STEP 1
We begin with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to discuss your goals and determine how Bridget can support you.

STEP 2
Prior to your consultation Bridget will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and three-day food diary.

STEP 3
You will have a 60-minute consultation with Bridget, during which we deep dive into your health history and better understand your goals.
​
STEP 4
You will receive a personalised nutrition programme which includes dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, and if required supplement recommendations and testing referrals.
​
STEP 5
Follow-up consultations at 4 and 8 weeks provide an opportunity to review progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
